The glucosamine is extracted from crustacean shells as glucosamine sulphate, considered to be a more bioactive form of glucosamine than glucosamine HCI
The chondroitin sulphate in Joint Support Formula 2 is of a low molecular weight to ensure its bioavailability. Glucosamine sulphate is the key building block required for cartilage maintenance and repair. Chondroitin-4-sulphate is the major form chondroitin found in young healthy joints. It is one of the key components that give cartilage it’s ability to absorb impact and resist wear.
